Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of salesknack.ca and the courses, coaching, and resources offered by SalesKnack (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Sami Khudair in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. By using the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

SalesKnack offers a self-paced online tech-sales course, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and free educational resources. We may update, add, or discontinue parts of the Services over time.

Purchases and payment

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• The course is offered at $997 CAD as a one-time payment, or in 3 monthly installments of $367 CAD where that option is made available.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing sami@salesknack.ca. Refunds apply to the course purchase price and are issued to your original payment method.

Access and license

When you purchase the course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own use. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as we continue to offer the course. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within the Services — including videos, text, templates, worksheets, frameworks, and branding — is owned by SalesKnack or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission, except for your own personal use of purchased materials.

Coaching

1-on-1 coaching is delivered by appointment. Rescheduling and cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. Coaching is advisory in nature; you remain responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

No guarantee of results

The Services are educational. While they are based on real-world experience, we do not guarantee any specific sales, income, or business results. Your results depend on many factors within your own control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the Services, or using content in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesKnack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of- law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
